Description: For all levels and professions engaging with tribes—individually or at the organizational level, from beginner to advanced. This half-day intensive mixes engaging lecture with brief live exercises.

Course Content: Participants gain essential tools and background for researching, planning, and implementing a Tribal Engagement Plan (TEP). The course builds upon cultural and historical insights to shape and transform the Tribal Engagement process. Participants will learn the basic and advanced communication and engagement topics in an applied, boiled-down framework. Topics move from engagement basics of assessment and research to more advanced topics, enhancing interpersonal and organizational engagement with Tribes. Modules provide step-by-step practical strategies for navigating both routine and challenging issues. Participants apply these concepts in easy real-time exercises, gain formulas and processes they can immediately adapt for their work with Tribes. Course includes live Q&A session on Friday afternoon.
