Its the annual fundraiser to support outdoor science programming for underserved high school girls through the GALS (Girls on outdoor Adventure for Leadership and Science; gals.arizona.edu) program. This free program brings high school girls from Title 1 schools into the backcountry for a free week of camping, ecology, leadership and confidence building. The program is supported by grants and donations. Join us all day on Saturday March 29 at Dragoon Brewery in Tucson AZ where, for every beer your purchase, $1 automatically gets donated to GALS.
